Transportation

Getting around in a mountain town isn’t always easy—but you don’t have to do it alone.

Our Transportation Program helps community members access essential destinations like grocery stores, pharmacies, and medical appointments. We offer weekly group grocery trips, where a volunteer driver picks up several neighbors, brings them to the store, and drops them off safely at home. It’s a great way to stay independent, get errands done, and even connect with others.

We also offer scheduled transportation for medical and dental appointments, based on volunteer availability.

To keep everyone safe and supported:

Volunteer drivers are background-checked and receive guidance on transportation best practices.

All riders go through a quick intake process so we can match them with the right services and ensure we meet their needs.

Rides are always free and coordinated by our team.

If you or someone you know could use a ride—or if you'd like to help by driving—we’d love to connect.
